For several weeks each year Sylvie Pragout opens her 18th century country home for personalized cooking classes (maximum 6 participants).

The 7 day program includes hands on cooking lessons with daily visits to the local outdoor markets and suppliers to select the freshest ingredients. The program also offers sightseeing visits to the surrounding countryside and villages in discovery of authentic architectural treasures.
